Dr Adam Ali

Co-founder & CEO

Adam is co-founder of CareCompare and a doctor in the NHS. He is also an innovation fellow in the Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust and an NHS clinical entrepreneur, an innovative program run by NHS England to support clinicians with ideas to change healthcare. He was educated at Cambridge, Harvard and Oxford Universities and recently completed an MBA from the University of Warwick. He set up CareCompare after first-hand experiences seeing his patients struggle to navigate the care system, and is passionate about using technology to improve the lives of those who are most vulnerable.

Dr Liban Saleh

Co-founder & COO

Liban is co-founder at CareCompare and works closely with the Eastern Academic Health Science Network, a collaboration of health services, academia and industry. He was educated at Liverpool and Oxford Universities, where he was awarded his PhD. After an early career as a research scientist, he moved into executive recruitment and worked with clients including the Bank of England, FCA and Ministry of Justice. His personal struggle to find care for his grandad made him passionate about the need to improve the care system and set up CareCompare.

Bill Gale

CTO

Bill is CareCompare's CTO. He has significant experience working as a software developer for both the NHS and commercial organisations including Shell, LUSH cosmetics and BET365. He has a deep understanding of data protection and spearheaded the work to build CareCompare. He leads our technical team and is well versed with a variety of coding languages and software integrations aimed at improving user experience.

Liam Carrington

Web Developer

Liam is a web developer at CareCompare, and is well versed in the systems used to create and manage the website. He performs work throughout the site and has a primary focus on improving the usability to both users and companies accessing the platform.

Adrian Haworth

Advisory Board Member

Adrian had a 33-year multi-functional career with GE Energy where he led marketing strategy, innovation and cross-border opportunities for the Europe and CIS regions. Adrian offers pragmatic strategy advice coupled with marcoms and brand consultancy for businesses in a variety of sectors.

Charles Morgan

Advisory Board Member

Charles Morgan is a resources and technology venture capitalist who is involved in investing in various businesses and start-ups in the UK and San Francisco. He has a proven track record in identifying early-stage commercial opportunities and acting as a corporate catalyst, acquiring strategic assets and positions, partnering with regional and technology experts, securing teams of appropriate executives and funds to build and develop projects and companies.
